نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك. عند إيقاف الحساب تُحذف أو تُجهَّل البيانات المرتبطة به وفق المتطلبات التشغيلية.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً.

Havana Academy connects domestic workers and sponsors for communication and training. We collect account data (name, email, phone), conversation messages (text and voice), tasks, and training/evaluation progress. Camera is used only to attach images you choose to send; the microphone is used for voice messages that are transcribed on your device — only the text is sent, no audio recordings are stored. Data is used to enable communication, auto-translation between each party's language, text-to-speech, and notifications. Third-party processors: ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Google Translate (translation), Hostinger (hosting). We do not sell your data or use it for ads. Data is retained while your account is active.
